Focused Change Work

I offer one-to-one change work for people who have identified a specific issue they want to change.

This is not ongoing coaching.

This is not open-ended counselling.

This is focused intervention designed to help shift a specific internal pattern.

People Often Come With Questions Like…

Why do I keep repeating the same pattern?

Why do I react like this when I know it makes no sense?

Why can’t I move past something that happened years ago?
