You may already know what it is.
A fear that keeps appearing. A decision you keep circling. A reaction that feels stronger than the situation. A repeating pattern you understand but still find yourself inside.
You may have thought about it for a long time. You may have tried to reason with yourself, ignore it, push through it or wait for it to change.
And yet something is still getting in the way.
We Look at What’s Going On
Direct Change Work begins with the specific issue you want to change.
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. You do not need to explain your entire life story. You do not need to know which method will help.
We start with what you recognise now: what keeps happening, how it affects you and what you would prefer instead.
From there, we look for the thought, feeling, expectation, internal conflict or familiar strategy that may be maintaining the problem.
And Something Can Shift
Conversational Hypnotherapy is the principal method I use within Direct Change Work, supported where useful by NLP, focused questioning, imagery, reframing and other practical change approaches.
The work remains conversational and collaborative. You stay aware, involved and able to question or pause throughout.
The aim is not endless analysis. It is to find the point where a different response becomes possible.
A Clearer Next Step
Some people come with a very specific fear. Others bring procrastination, people pleasing, self-doubt, a limiting belief, a difficult decision or a repeating relationship or behaviour pattern.
The issue can be recent or something you have carried for years. What matters is that you recognise something specific you want to change.
Sessions are available in person in London and online across the UK and internationally.
