It does not involve losing awareness or giving up control.

You can pause at any point.

The purpose is to help you focus differently and work with the internal pattern that is keeping the problem in place.

I do not begin by trying to fit every problem into hypnotherapy.

I begin with the issue you want to change.

We look at what is happening.

What triggers it.

How the response operates.

And what appears to keep it in place.

Hypnosis may then be used where it supports the work.

It is one tool among several.

The purpose is not to give you a particular method.

The purpose is to help create the change you came for.

You do not become unconscious during hypnotherapy.

You do not lose your ability to think.

You do not become unable to make decisions.

You remain able to speak.

You remain able to stop.

Is Hypnotherapy Right For Every Problem?

No single method is right for every person or every issue.

Hypnotherapy may be useful where an automatic response, belief, fear or habit is maintaining the problem.

It may be less suitable where someone needs crisis support, medical treatment, ongoing clinical care or specialist mental health support.

If the issue appears to fall outside the scope of this work, I will say so.

The purpose is to find the most appropriate next step, not to force the problem into a method.

In-Person And Online Sessions

Hypnotherapy and Direct Change Work sessions are available in person in London.

Online sessions are also available across the UK and internationally.

The same focused and collaborative approach is used in both settings.

You can begin with a Clarity Call before deciding whether to book a full session.
